Everything is awesome for Channing Tatum, who turns 35 today, April 26! Let’s help Channing celebrate his special day by looking back at his year of fantastic film accomplishments!
Channing Tatum has long been one of Hollywood’s favorite comedic and action stars for films like G.I. Joe and 21 Jump Street, but in the last year, he proved some serious acting chops. And he’s only got good things to come in the year ahead! Happy 35th, Channing!
Channing Tatum Birthday — Actor Turns 35 On April 26
There’s no doubt about it: Channing is one of Hollywood’s most sought-after stars. While he’s no novice to the film world, his repertoire largely expanded in the last year. With Foxcatcher, the Oscar-nominated film in which he starred alongside Mark Ruffalo, 47, and Steve Carell, 52, Channing let people know that he’s a serious — and seriously talented — actor who’s here to take roles and take names.
Of course, he’s still down to have some fun. Channing starred in the highly-anticipated 21 Jump Street sequel, 22 Jump Street, and had a blast promoting the film with buddy Jonah Hill, 31. He’s already started the rounds for Magic Mike XXL — and let’s be honest, it’s not a moment too soon.
35 Is Looking Better And Better For Channing
He’s got a beautiful wife in Jenna Dewan-Tatum, TK, an adorable baby girl and a magic movie career to boot — is 35 not Channing’s best year ever? The actor has a full lineup of amazing films in his schedule, and we can’t wait for every single one of them. Try Hail, Caesar! from the Coen Brothers. Or Quentin Tarantino‘s long in-the-works western epic The Hateful Eight. The threequel we’ve all been waiting for, 23 Jump Street.
Most exciting of all, especially for Channing, is the news that he’ll be starring as mutant superhero Gambit in the upcoming X-Men film X-Men Apocalypse. Not only is that great news for all of us, but it’s a dream of Channing’s to portray the comic book character. He’s already scored his own standalone film following the ensemble flick. Yay!
HollywoodLifers, help us wish Channing a happy birthday on his big day!
