Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen said they’ll talk to the creators of ‘Full House’ about the Netflix spinoff, but HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned that the potential for their return lies in the hands of their TV dad, Bog Saget. Find out why!
Fans are desperately hoping that Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen will appear on the Full House spinoff, Fuller House, planned for Netflix, but apparently, it’s all up to Bob Saget, who played their TV dad on the original series for 8 seasons.
Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen On ‘Fuller House’? — Why It’s Up To Bob Saget
“It’s all in Bob Saget’s hands. If he does the show and he wants them to do it, then they’d find it hard to tell him no. And even though it’s very likely Bob will sign on, he still hasn’t yet. They now have so much leverage to keep Netflix hostage for lots of cash, so it’s going to be a game for quite a while before we get definitive answers!” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
While Candace Cameron Bure (D.J. Tanner), Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie Tanner), Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibbler) and John Stamos (Uncle Jesse) have all signed on, Bob (Danny Tanner), Dave Coulier (Joey Gladstone), Lori Loughlin (Aunt Becky) and the twins haven’t agreed to appear just yet.

“We just found out about it today,” Mary-Kate told our sister site, WWD. “I guess we’re going to talk to the creators and see what’s happening.”
“I ran into Bob the other day and we didn’t even talk about it,” Ashley added.
Well, it sounds like they’ll soon be talking to Bob about it.
