According to ‘Variety’, Kim Kardashian is one of the most powerful women in show biz! She graced the cover of their ‘Power Of Women’ issue and she looks gorgeous with sleek hair and natural makeup. What do you think of her stunning look?
Kim Kardashian West, 34, is getting recognized for a lot more than her sexy selfies! Our sister publication, Variety, will be honoring the KUWTK star at the Power Of Women: New York luncheon on April 24 for her contributions to the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Who knew?! Get the details below.
Kim Kardashian’s ‘Variety’ Power Of Women Cover: Sleek Hair & Nude Lipstick
We were so touched to learn that Kim’s philanthropy is as on fleek as her hair and makeup!
She looks great on this Variety cover with a warm bronzy complexion and her famous contour. Her brows look absolutely perfect (we’re jealous), and black winged eyeliner and neutral nude lipstick completed her look.
Kim Kardashian: Honored By ‘Variety’ For Charity Work
The E! star is known for her love of fashion and beauty, but she actually uses these things and her influence to reach people in need! She often visits the Children’s Hospital L.A, and she shared that sometimes she will simply “sit and paint our nails together,” with the patients.
Kim began working with the Children’s Hospital when a friend’s child got sick in 2008, and she donates proceeds from her eBay auction store to the nonprofit, and also takes frequent visits. How sweet!
Kim also has a soft spot in her heart because she lost her father, Rob Kardashian, to cancer. She told Variety, “I remember what it was like when my dad was going through it. You see the kids that are so strong. They feel so helpless. You want to do anything to help them.”
We think it’s so awesome that Kim is using her influence for good! She is joined by Girls creator and star Lena Dunham, The View host, Whoopi Goldberg, legendary actress Glenn Close and model/actress Rachel Weisz, who all also have gorgeous covers of their own.
There’s no question that Kim looks gorgeous on her cover, but do you think about her being honored for philanthropy? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
