Bruce’s April 24 tell-all interview with Diane Sawyer might not be as informative as we hoped, but that’s because there’s already plans for a SECOND sit-down! HollywoodLife.com has the EXCLUSIVE scoop on what we can expect from the ’20/20′ interview…and what else there is to come.
Okay, guys, let us just prepare you — Bruce Jenner’s, 65, 20/20 interview, airing April 24, might not be as exciting as we originally expected! HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned that a lot won’t be included in the tell-all because the network already has plans for a second interview once Bruce’s full transformation is complete. Here’s the deets!
Bruce Jenner’s Second Tell-All Interview After Full Transformation
“The interview is tons of fluff and really boring up until the end. Then, he’ll finally reveal that he’s transitioning and what it means to him and his family. It’s very safe and they will be dancing around things because they want to actually do another interview after the full transformation. This is basically going to be an appetizer, so don’t get too excited,” a source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
Still, the show is slated to run for two hours, so we’re likely to get a good dose of details about Bruce’s past that have led up to this massive decision.
The brief trailers for the interview promise that Bruce will discuss “the journey, the decisions and the future.”
In a new clip released on April 19, we get a taste of the part of the sit-down where Bruce discusses how his family is affected by his transition. “They’re the only ones I’m concerned with,” he admits to Diane Sawyer. “I can’t let myself hurt them.”
“It made me who I am,” Bruce vaguely adds in the preview.
The full interview airs on ABC on April 24 at 9pm. Will you be tuning in?
HollywoodLifers, what are your thoughts on Bruce doing a SECOND interview? Do you think it’s necessary?
