He’s back… baby! A second trailer for the upcoming film, ‘Terminator Genisys’ has just been released, and it is packed to the brim with butt-kicking action, huge explosions– and a major spoiler!

Who’s ready for Terminator Genisys? In a just released trailer for the film, which will hit theaters on July 1, we travel back to 1984 so that Kyle Reese (Jai Courtney) can save Sarah Connor (Emilia Clarke), mother to John Connor (Jason Clarke). However, not all is what it seems and, as this sneak peek makes clear, messing with the past can lead to some unexpected outcomes. Check out the explosive clip now– and yes, Arnold Schwarzenegger obviously makes a badass appearance. Beware though, some major spoilers lie ahead. Seriously, major. Watch at your own risk!

‘Terminator Genisys’: John Connor Is A Cyborg

“My whole life, I prepared my son to lead humanity in the fight against the machines,” Sarah says in this new trailer for Terminator Genisys.

“There was one thing I could never prepare him for,” she adds. From this trailer, we learn what she’s talking about, and it’s a pretty huge reveal!

As Sarah meets her son, fully grown, back in 1984, she quickly realizes there is something different about him, however, it is first the Terminator’s responsibility to show her.

The Terminator shoots John in the chest, as Sarah watches and screams in horror. As his blood spills onto the concrete, it begins to kinda sizzle then quickly seep back inside his body, before he returns back to an upright position.

‘What Have They Done To My Son?”

“What have they done to my son?” Sarah asks.

That question is ultimately answered, and it gives away a pretty huge point of the plot. As we see John’s “body” automatically regenerate and repair itself, he explains it all himself. “I’m not machine, I’m not man. I’m more,” he says, letting us know that he is in fact a cyborg.
