Harold Ekeh, 18, Accepted Into All 13 Colleges He Applied To — Including All 8 Ivy Leagues

Wow. A very intelligent young man by the name of Harold Ekeh, has been accepted to every single college he applied for and that includes multiple IVY League schools — a very rare accomplishment. Just wait until you read how he celebrated — it’s hilarious!

When Harold Ekeh, 18, sent in his college applications, he never imagined he would be accepted by every single one. The Long Island, NY, high school senior now has a tough choice to make between Dartmouth, Yale, Harvard and a handful of other elite schools.

Harold is walking proof that hard work does pay off! The 18-year-old straight A student has just received the best news, all of the 13 colleges he applied to accepted him. What is even more impressive is that eight of them were top Ivy League schools, according to the Daily Mail. Very impressive!

He scored an amazing SAT score of 2270 on his SAT’s, serves as editor-in-chief of his student newspaper and is a chief executive of the Model United Nations. Along with his outstanding credentials, he also credits his success to the submission essay he penned and sent in. In his essay described his family’s struggle to fit in after emigrating from Nigeria to America.

“It was such a huge thing for my parents to uproot our family, a family of six, from our home to a new country,” Harold told the Daily Mail. “I was worried as a kid about speaking with an American accent, but they had to worried about actually finding jobs. They joked that they came over for the 24-hour electricity. But I know it was so we would have opportunities as children.”

He also added, “No matter how many times they got knocked down, they stayed positive, and kept telling me that the secret to success in unbridled resolve.” How amazing, such a true inspiration for others.

Harold Wants To Be A Neurosurgeon & Study Alzheimer’s Disease

With so many different routes that Harold could take, he ultimately plans on becoming a neurosurgeon to find a cure for Alzheimer’s disease, according to the outlet.

So how did Harold celebrate? Well, he told the outlet that, “I went to Chipotle with my friends for a half steak half chicken burrito bowl. It was perfect.” Hilarious, a well deserved meal of champions!

But now comes the hard part, picking his future college! He will have to decide between Yale, Harvard, Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Pennsylvania, Princeton, Johns Hopkins, NYU, MIT, Vanderbilt, and SUNY Stony Brook.
