You got it dude! ‘Full House,’ our favorite ’90s family show with an amazing cast is almost headed to Netflix in a continuation of the original called ‘Fuller House.’ You can freak out now.
Netflix is extremely close ordering a new 13-episode series, Fuller House –– yes, an extension of the Tanner family’s original series that wrapped in 1995 — our sister site, TVLine reported on April 2. So, who can you expect to see in the spinoff? And which star is heading behind the camera?
‘Full House’ Spinoff Is Here: Netflix May Order ‘Fuller House’
“Netflix is thisclose to ordering Fuller House, a 13-episode multi-cam continuation of Full House to star Candace Cameron Bure as D.J. and Andrea Barber as her BFF Kimmy,” our sister site writes. Of course this doesn’t answer the question of if DJ and Steve (Steve Weinger) are married, because we obviously have to know.
The report goes on to say that the original creators and producers of the show, Jeff Franklin, Thomas L. Miller and Robert L. Boyett, will all be returning. John Stamos AKA Uncle Jesse is hoping to have a producing role as well. Of course, Danny Tanner (Bob Saget) and Joey (Dave Coulier) may be returning as well as they are being eyed for guest spots.
While neither Netflix nor Warner Brothers has commented, our excitement is pretty much through the roof and we have so many questions.
What To Expect In ‘Fuller House’
Will Uncle Jesse and Aunt Becky (Lori Loughlin) have more kids? Will Nikki and Alex be in college? And most importantly, will Michelle realize she’s been two people inside one?! Please come back Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen. Also, since Comet has sadly passed away, please let DJ have one of his puppies!
Are you happy this is anther remake — this is the month for that to happen! Coach, The X-Files and Twin Peaks will all also return sometime in the next year or so.
What do you think, HollywoodLifers?
