‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ Trailer
“In this wasteland, I am the one who runs from both the living and the dead,” Tom says in this trailer for Mad Max: Fury Road.
As he says these words in a voiceover, we see him running for his life through a cave-like underground, from these non-human dementors that are taken straight from the collective nightmare of the human conscience.
Tom has but one goal in his tortured existence: to survive.
Fleeing The Wasteland
Haunted by his turbulent past, Mad Max believes the best way to survive is to wander alone, according to the film’s official synopsis. Nevertheless, he becomes swept up with a group fleeing across the Wasteland in a War Rig driven by an elite Imperator, Furiosa.
They are escaping a Citadel tyrannized by the Immortan Joe, from whom something irreplaceable has been taken. Enraged, the Warlord marshals all his gangs and pursues the rebels ruthlessly in the high-octane Road War that follows.
