Florida Georgia Line makes us happy every time we see them take the stage and their iHeartRadio Music Awards performance was no exception. Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard who make up the group had such incredible energy the crowd couldn’t help but be sucked in during their performance of “Sun Daze”.

Music from America’s heartland was well represented at the awards show as FGL had some stiff competition for Country Song of the Year including: “Bartender” – Lady Antebellum, “Burnin’ It Down” – Jason Aldean, “Give Me Back My Hometown” – Eric Church, and “Play It Again” – Luke Bryan.

Florida Georgia Line Host American Country Countdown Awards

Brian and Tyler aren’t only talented at making music! The duo tried their hand hosting the American Country Countdown Awards on Dec. 15 and killed it!

“[Hosting] is something we’ve never done,” Brian told the New York Post before the show. “And something we’ve been excited about giving a shot. We didn’t know that it would happen this early on in our career, but it’s definitely a huge honor.”

At one point the two dressed up as Santa Claus providing Brian with an opportunity for an off color joke. He cracked that Tyler had a “huge sack” clearly referring to the bag in his hand — which got a big laugh from the crowd.

What do you think HollywoodLifers, did Florida Georgia Line give the nights best performance?
