Khloe Kardashian, 30, showed off her sexy abs on Instagram on Feb. 27, and now her trainer is spilling on the exact exercises that Khloe is doing (daily!) to get flat abs and lean legs!
Khloe Kardashian’s Diet & Workout — How She Lost 10 Pounds
Gunnar Peterson revealed to OK! magazine: “She works so hard. You get definition from repetition, and that includes repetition of the act of going to the gym. She comes in every single morning.”
An insider told the mag that Khloe “likes doing crunches and leg lifts — she’ll put the TV on and do them for a half hour in her bedroom. And she loves to use a Hula-Hoop, which may seem silly, but really works. You’d be surprised what that kind of consistent exercise does for a body!”
Khloe reveals she eats what she wants but is very diligent about portion control.
“I’ll have frozen yogurt, but I have less of it than everyone else. That way I don’t binge out.”
A pal tells OK! that if she’s trying to drop weight fast, she cuts out sweets and eats lots of raw fruits and vegetables.
“Khloe is one of the most dedicated people I know. It’s really impressive to see how fast the weight comes off when she really works hard,” the friend says.

Khloe is working so hard for her new body. She wrote on Instagram on Feb. 27: “My fitness journey will be a life long journey. Fitness is not about being better than someone else… It’s about being better than you used to be. I’m not where I want to be and who knows if I ever will be. But I am healthier than ever and due to my consistent workouts, I am slowly seeing results.”
