Scott and Kourtney are heading towards a tense custody battle according to a new report! The relationship is allegedly over but the fight for their children has only begun as Kourtney and Scott go head to head over their children.
Kourtney Kardashian, 35, has allegedly had enough of Scott Disick’s, 31, hard partying and free spending ways and is kicking him out of the couples eight million dollar Calabasas mansion according to a new report. Scott isn’t going to go quietly though and is reportedly ready to put the couple’s three children Mason, 5, Penelope, 2, and Reign, 4 months, at the center of their alleged split.
Kourtney Kardashian & Scott Disick Break Up: He Wants Custody Of Children
Money is apparently at the center of their split as the free spending Scott has reportedly blown through five million dollars on luxury cars, watches and clothes in the last month alone according to a new report in Life and Style. Now Scott allegedly thinks he can keep the good life going by gaining joint custody of the couple’s three children.
“He will fight for joint custody of the kids – which basically means he want to continue to get paid,” a source tells Life and Style. “Scott’s no dummy. He knows that if Halle Berry’s ex Gabriel Aubrey, who never married Halle, can get paid more than $15,000 a month for one child, imagine what he could get for three kids. Scott will hire the top lawyers in LA to take as much of Kourtney’s wealth as he possibly can.”
“Losing partial custody of her children is terrifying for Kourtney,” the source continues. “But if she also has to continue paying for Scott and his antics, too, it would be the end of her world.”
Scott Refuses To Stop Partying
If the hard partying, playboy Scott is bothered by Kourtney’s disapproval, he isn’t showing it. On March 23 he announced plans to make a weekend appearance at the exclusive 1Oak nightclub in Las Vegas only weeks after entering rehab!
This isn’t a shock as HollywoodLife.com told you that Scott was only seeking help at this particular center in exchange for money.
“Scott was paid to go to rehab. He won’t be there for 30 days and no legit rehab facility would ever send out a press release,” a source told us.
What do you think Hollywoodlifers? Is it time for Scott to go?
