Going on a date with a millionaire isn’t Dina’s only perk for appearing on the season finale of Millionaire Matchmaker.
A source told RadarOnline that, “Dina thinks she is looking a bit old and tired….and all of the drama involving Lindsay, and ongoing feud with ex-husband, Michael, has taken a toll on her looks… As part of Dina’s paid deal with Millionaire Matchmaker, producers agreed to pay for a liquid facial facelift, which is very popular among her friends.”
Dina didn’t just get the $5,000-$10,000 liquid facelift for free — the source went on to add that it was filmed for the show as part of her agreement!

Patti Stanger must have really wanted Dina on the finale because they paid big bucks to get her! On top of the facelift, which was reportedly performed by Dr. Harrison Lee, Dina was also paid $25,000 and was given free designer outfits for the filming. It looks like someone is living the life!
It seems like Dina came out on top whether or not she found a new beau, but reports say that she is genuinely looking for a soulmate.
