Chris Hardman, better known by his stage name of Lil Chris, has sadly passed away. The sudden death of the actor/singer comes as a shock to his friends, family and fans.
Lil Chris is gone to soon at the young age of 24. Police found his lifeless body after they were called to an address in Union Road, Lowestoft, on March 24. Find out what Suffolk Police are saying about his sudden death.
Lil’ Chris Dead — Singer/Actor Passed Away At 24-years-old
Suffolk Police said they were not treating the death as suspicious. A post-mortem examination to establish the cause of death will take place soon, a police spokeswoman reported.
Lil’ Chris first became famous when he appeared in Channel 4’s Rock School in 2006. Afterwards, the actor followed his musical passions and signed to RCA Records.
He released debut single ‘Checkin’ It Out’ in September 2006 and it went straight into the Top Five. Later that year, Lil’ Chris released his first album.
News of Lil’ Chris’ death was first announced by friend and collaborator Lloyd Wilkinson. He posted a picture to Facebook with Lil’ Chris and wrote:
“I can not believe I’m doing this and I’m completely devastated. Rest in peace brother bear. Love you mate. Chris Hardman aka Lil’ Chris.”
