The star spilled on who inspires her style and said Kendall constantly steals her clothes. Find out what other Kardashian style secrets she spilled right here.
Kylie Jenner has a very unique sense of style — especially compared to her famous family! While her older sisters love getting glam, Kylie’s look is more edgy and dressed down — but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t look up them. In fact, in an interview with People she admitted that Kimye is constantly inspiring her.
Kylie Jenner’s Style Inspiration — ‘Kimye’ Are My Fashion Icons:
“The people who really inspire my style-wise are obviously Kim and Kanye,” she said. Given their distinct look and close-knit fashion connections we aren’t surprised Kylie can’t get enough of their looks.
While Kimye may be famous, Kylie’s style is just as captivating — especially on Instagram! “I am definitely conscious of it. It is a little intimidating to look good all the time, but I just try to make outfits and meet with my stylist [Monica Rose]. We will just talk and collaborate. We will throw ideas around and talk about the stuff that we like. So it’s really cool. Some people just follow me because I post a lot of outfits and shoes and jewelry,” she said.
Although she knows how to turn it up on the red carpet, she also loves dressing down. “I always wear boxers and a huge T-shirt and just eat everything. I don’t have one favorite — it’s just whatever I can find that’s big and comfy. I like to give my face a break from makeup and just wear comfortable clothes. It is nice to take a break,” she said.
Kendall & Kylie — Stealing & Swapping Clothes:
Kendall and Kylie may have different looks, but that doesn’t stop them from sharing — and stealing — from one another. “Every time I am out of town she will be at the house and just have a free-for-all and go through everything, take whatever she wants. And I will see it on Instagram the next day. She takes my new stuff all the time. I used to take her stuff all the time, but we don’t live together anymore, so she won’t even let me in her home when she’s not there, because she’s scared I am going to steal something. Or she will have someone watch over me, because we have a rule now not to steal anything from each other. But I live with my mom — I’m about to move out — so she just goes into my closet and takes whatever she wants. It is so annoying. I am like, ‘We don’t live together. You can’t take my stuff and I won’t take yours!’ ”
