It’s no secret that Sam Smith, 22, has some weight in his powerful, soulful voice. But the “Stay With Me” singer showcased his incredibly trim figure in a pair of Instagram pics, and fans immediately started freaking out. What’s even more amazing is that Sam claims he lost the weight (14 pounds) in just two weeks!

Looking quite dapper in a new picture he posted, Sam completely stunned his legion of fans with his transformation. Sam also seemed to be impressed with the results, as he claimed to be “channeling Zoolander” in the photo. And we can’t blame him — we would also be proud of losing 14 pounds in two weeks!
Sam credited nutritional therapist Amelia Freer for his weight loss, while holding up a copy of her book, Eat. Nourish. Glow. Sam went on to say:
“Amerlia Freer has helped me lose over [14 pounds] in 2 weeks and has completely transformed my relationship with food…It’s not even about weight loss, it’s about feeling happy in yourself.”
So cool! We have to get a copy of the book for ourselves.
