When Chris D'Elia hit the stage to roast Justin, he twisted the knife inside the singer's heart by saying "Orlando Bloom f--ked Selena Gomez" in a cruel taunt. Let’s do a bit of a rewind. Orlando and Justin have been enemies ever since the actor took a swing at Justin in Ibiza in July 2014. The fight was reportedly sparked over their exes, Selena and Miranda Kerr. HollywoodLife.com learned that Justin was trying to protect Selena after he learned that Orlando was allegedly just using her to get back at him. Orlando believed that Justin hooked up with Miranda after a Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

Surprisingly, Justin didn’t let any reaction show on his face in response to the joke. He actually laughed hysterically, according to Jason Nathanson of ABC News. Justin may have been worried about Selena jokes before the roast, but he sure didn’t act like they bothered him!

But then, Justin took the show to a whole new level by mocking his relationship with Selena during his roast rebuttal. For Jelena fans, it was funny, but a tad cruel.

“One more thing before I go,” Justin said. “There’s someone in my life that I owe a special apology to. I’m talking about someone that I really loved and lost because I screwed it all up. But, thankfully, that special someone, the love of my life, is here tonight. I just want a second chance, so if you could come on out.”

For a split second, everyone thought Selena would show up, but it was only his pet monkey! Come on, Justin. Don’t tease us like that!
