Kylie has been flaunting her massive cleavage to no end lately, and many are speculating over whether or not she’s had implants. HollywoodLife.com has had top plastic surgeons look at old and new photos, and they believe she's gotten some form of breast enhancement surgery. Kylie Jenner, 17, is looking more and more like her big sister Kim Kardashian, 34, every day. But is she going under the knife to look like her? Though nothing can be said for certain, plastic surgeons closely analyzed recent pics of Kylie and believe that "she clearly looks like she's had implants placed," and that it's definitely not just "a growth spurt." Here's what our experts are saying.

Kylie Jenner: Breast Implants? Plastic Surgeons Weigh In

Though nothing is definitive and we’re not saying Kylie has for certain had any breast implants, our plastic surgery experts seem to think there’s evidence that she has had surgery.

“Having looked at these pictures, and other recent pictures that are around, she clearly looks like she’s had implants placed,” Dr. Steve Fallek tells HollywoodLife.com. “She doesn’t look that big, but it certainly doesn’t look like a padded bra. There’s more cleavage going on – but she’s definitely had something worked on there.”

Though many might argue that Kylie, being 17, is still growing, Steve doesn’t think that to be the case with Kylie’s chest.

“I wouldn’t say it’s a growth spurt, usually when one body part grows, others do too,” Steve continues. “She looks pretty much the same figure-wise as she did when she was 16.”

Another field expert, Dr. Anthony Youn seems to agree with Steve 100 percent. He says, “Wow! Kylie’s looking more and more like Kim every day. Her breasts do appear to have been enhanced, going from a B to a D cup in size. They are round, full, and almost as big as Kim’s.”

Both Steve and Anthony are also both skeptical about operating on patients under 18, and suggest that most plastic surgeons would also feel uncomfortable.

“According to the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, just over 3500 women (girls) under the age of 18 underwent breast augmentation,” Anthony says. “This is a staggering number when you consider that their mother or father had to sign off on the surgery to allow it to be performed!”

As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Ok! Magazine claims that the realty TV teen begged her mom, Kris Jenner, to allow her to get the surgery. Kris allegedly gave in after Kylie’s repeated begging.
