‘Game Of Thrones’: ‘EW’ Covers
Work it, Daenerys!
We are getting seriously close to the fifth season of Game of Thrones premier and, I think I speak for everyone when I say, freaking finally! To get fans stoked for the new season, Entertainment Weekly devoted its Mar. 20 issue to the epic drama, and divulged some very important info on what we can expect!
“Worlds are colliding,” said series show runner, David Benioff, who shares that role with Dan Weiss. “One of the things we’ve been most excited about from the beginning of the series is we’ve had all these far-flung story lines across Westeros and Essos which almost never cross. Now some of these characters start to head on a collision course for each other.”
‘Big Events & Big Consequences’
Epic, right? Well, that’s not all that’s upping the pressure in the fifth season!
“With each season, the stakes get higher and higher and the war gets bloodier and bloodier,” said Bryan Cogman, who is the Game of Thrones executive story editor. “We’re in season 5 and there’s an expectation for big events and consequences.”
That doesn’t sound at all intriguing, right?
