Trouble in paradise? Bruce now wants his docuseries to be aired ‘later in the year’ around Christmas — and it has everything to do with his family’s ‘well-being’ HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned.
Bruce Jenner‘s highly anticipated docuseries about his transition into a woman is in the works, but he desperately wants the series to air around Christmastime, instead of in May or June. Bruce is putting his family first “before he makes any more decisions about moving forward with a new TV show,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. Here’s why!
Bruce Jenner’s Reality Show: Family Reason He Wants It To Air During Christmas
“A show detailing his transformation is happening but he wants it later in the year. He thinks that Christmas is a good time because Christmas is all about family and he really wants it to be a family affair,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
Good for Bruce for thinking of his family! The gender transition has definitely caused some tension in the family, and HollywoodLife.com previously told you that he recently regrets being an “absent father” to Kylie Jenner, 17. This time, he’s putting all of his kids first and even wants their “blessing” before the show airs.
“He is really fighting for his kids’ blessing on the entire process,” our source continues. “It’s been a long time coming that Bruce has wanted to do this, but his kids well-being and psychological welfare is also very, very important to him. So before he makes any more decisions moving forward with a new TV show, he wants things at home to work out and be as normal as possible.”
Bruce Jenner’s Transition — He Wants To Look Like Khloe Kardashian When Done
If anyone in the family should be apprehensive about Bruce’s show, it would be his stepdaughter Khloe Kardashian. HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY learned that Bruce wants to look like her after his transition is done.
“If Bruce had a choice, he would like to look like Khloe because she is healthy and not your normal Hollywood freak show,” our source said.
It’s a good thing Khloe is also supportive of his decision to transition — otherwise things could get awkward!
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Do you think Bruce’s show should be aired during Christmas? Let us know!
