Kendrick Lamar: Tribute To Notorious B.I.G. On Death Anniversary

Kendrick stopped by 92.3 in LA to pay tribute to Biggie on the 18th anniversary of his death and he wowed everyone with his freestyling over the beats of some of the rappers biggest hits.

Kendrick Lamar is the latest celebrity to honor the life of Biggie Smalls. The rapper was tragically murdered on March 9, 1997 when he was just 24-years-old and on the 18th anniversary of his death, fellow rapper, Kendrick, 27, freestyled over Biggie’s hits:”The What,” “Respect,” and “Warning.”

Kendrick was there to promote his upcoming album and really stepped up his game with off the cuff lyrics like: “I don’t give a buck about no politics in rap/ My lithe homie Stunna Deuce ain’t never coming back.”

We were so impressed and bet Biggie would be proud.
