Chris is seriously angry that the mother of his child may have spilled his big baby secret to the world, and now he’s ready to go settle child support in court the official way, a shocking new report claims. HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVE details on the situation.
Chris Brown, 25, wanted to break the news about his baby Royalty and baby mama Nia Guzman-Amey, 31, on his own and keep the news private until he was ready, but that didn’t happen. Because the news leaked when he least expected it to this week, he believes Nia may be the culprit. Chris has decided to go to court to have a judge determine the amount of child support Nia receives from him, according to a new report.
Chris Brown’s Child Support: Ready For Court After Nia Leaked Baby Story
Nia may not have made the best move by possibly leaking news of her and Chris’ baby. Chris made a sweet deal with Nia about monthly child support for little Royalty as long as news of their daughter was kept out of the media, TMZ reports.
The amount Chris has been paying is a lot more than he’d be required to hand over if a judge settled their child support. This will likely mean that Chris will be cutting some of the money he’s been sending to Nia.
HollywoodLife.com learned EXCLUSIVELY that Chris wanted to come up with a “solid game plan” so he could explain his baby situation with his fans and now ex, Karrueche Tran. “Right after his tour was over, he was going to sit down, figure out how to go about this and how to take on being a father and announce this on his own,” our source said. “He didn’t want this news to come out in the media and especially not like this.”
This turn of events doesn’t mean Chris doesn’t want to take care of his baby girl. He just wants to make sure he’s not being used. HollywoodLife.com learned that Chris wants to be there 100% for Royalty, and he’s even ready to move into a kid-friendly home in California!
HollywoodLife.com has reached out to Chris’ rep for comment.
Chris only recently found out he was a dad, and he’s been getting parenting advice from his best bro Tyga. How sweet!
“He told Chris two important things about being a father: one, do everything he possibly can to be in his daughter’s life every day because those moments only come once in a lifetime,” our source revealed. “The other, have a relationship with the baby’s mother and make sure it’s a good one.”
We hope Chris and Nia can settle things amicably and not fight over their baby girl. That’s another thing Tyga stressed to Chris. Regardless of what’s happened “keep her happy for the sake of the baby.”
