Shania Twain, 49, revealed major news on March 4. while appearing on Good Morning America: she is launching a farewell tour this summer. The “Rock This Country” tour will hit 48 cities and kick off on June 5. But if you haven’t been able to see the Grammy Award-winning brunette beauty, this is your final chance, as she also announced this will be her farewell tour!

Indeed, it has been quite a while since Shania has been on the road. In fact, for the last two years, the “Man! I Feel Like A Woman” singer has been performing at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas.
But, Shania, also shared more major news!
“This is going to be a big tour for me because it’s going to be my last. This is my last tour. I’m going to make the most of it. Let’s put it that way,” she announced on GMA.

She truly looked amazing as she discussed her upcoming tour, which Shania referred to as the “after-party” and “celebration” tour.

And, the big news continued! The “You’re Still the One” singer told Robin, “that I am working on new music as we speak so I am on the microphone everyday recording stuff.”
The country pop star wants her new album to be released just as her “Rock This Country” tour comes to an end. It will definitely be a sentimental summer filled with major milestones for the singer, who will also celebrate the big 5-0 on Aug. 28!
Shania’s fans will be able to purchase tickets on March 10 and then the rest of the tickets will be available to the general public on March 13.
