Kanye West, 37, turned on the water works! In a rare moment for the rapper, Kanye unexpectedly started to cry while reflecting on his late mentor, the revered fashion professor, Louise Wilson. Kanye West Cries In Interview & Walks Out
Aw, Kanye we hate to see you so sad!
While discussing Louise, the mastermind behind some of his favorite designers, Kanye began trembling and struggled to hold back his tears around 26 minutes into his raw interview.
“Last time I saw her, we had dinner at Hakkasan, which is my favorite restaurant in London. And I think she knew that she was going to pass, and she just wanted to give me some words of advice moving forward, and she was asking me about my daughter, asked me about my wife…and she said, you know, ‘So many students, they don’t give it their all, and the problem is, soon as they do anything halfway good when they’re 2 years old, 3 years old, their parents clap,'” reflected the rapper.
And, then the interview becomes that much more emotional when the “Bound 2” rapper revealed, “I didn’t know when was I going to lose her.”
He attempts to say, “and, she, told me she said ‘you know thank you for the times when we came to performances and this like has really meant a lot to me’….” and then suddenly Kanye stops mid sentence and begins to sob.
While Kanye puts his hands over his eyes, Zane tells him, “we’ll, take a minute” and taps the rapper on the shoulder to provide comfort.
