The end is near! On the Feb. 23 episode of ‘The Bachelor,’ Chris had the chance to bring the final three ladies to the fantasy suite — in Bali! But only two were left standing!
After some extremely emotional hometown dates last week, Chris Soules brought Whitney, Becca and Kaitlyn to Bali to enjoy a full day and night with each of them. However, after he learned Becca’s secret, and didn’t hear the L word from one of the ladies, he had no idea what to do.
‘The Bachelor’: It’s Fantasy Suites Time
The first date went to Kaitlyn, who spent the day walking around Bali with Chris and getting attacked by monkeys. Yes, literally. After their cute and relaxing day, they had a romantic dinner and she finally told him she was falling in love — and he said he was too. Of course, they took the fantasy suite, which had a bathtub filled with roses. A little much, I’d say, but cute!
Whitney was next. They had a perfect Pacey-Joey jumping off a boat moment, but she was the only woman who didn’t get to see his hometown of Arlington and that worried him.
Would she be able to leave Chicago and her job? She had the perfect answer: “In terms of my career, if I move to Arlington, I would leave that, and I wouldn’t have hesitation about it. I would just be ready to have babies and that would be my career. I firmly believe life takes you places and it’s not where you are, it’s who you’re with.”
A Virgin In The Fantasy Suite
The best was saved for last of course. Becca and Chris went to see a medium in the village who predicted their future. She asked how the night would go, and he said they could be “making love.” Of course, this was awkward for her since she was a virgin, was waiting until marriage, and still hadn’t told Chris. She did admit that the “temptations” were tough being there and that she did want to have sex with him.
At dinner, she was extremely nervous, but finally decided to go into the fantasy suite and tell him. Honestly, I was annoyed with his reaction. Long pause. Loud sigh. “Alright.” He of course covered it up by saying that he respected her — and then she told the cameras that even though she was planning on waiting for marriage, she was definitely falling in love. (Does that mean she did it? Who knows.)
And The Finale 2 Are
After the overnights, Chris said he was falling in love with all three and (through tears) that the was afraid of making a mistake. However, he did have hesitations with Becca since she didn’t come out and say she was falling in love and that she’d move to Arlington, while the other two did. But right before he made his picks, he pulled Becca aside and she reassured him that she was falling in love with him too.
So, it was time for the roses. The final two roses went to Whitney and . . . Becca. Yes, that meant that I was heartbroken and that Chris sent Kaitlyn home. However, that means she has a chance to be the next Bachelorette, right? Needless to say they had the most awkward goodbye ever, and she was confused more than anything.
Do you think Chris made the right choice, HollywoodLifers?
