And the plot thickens. A police source is finally speaking out if Bruce Jenner, 65, is to blame for the death of Kim Howe, the innocent woman who lost her life during the crash. Find out the new police info along with the shocking consequences Bruce will face if he’s actually found guilty.
Bruce Jenner Guilty? New Evidence Claims He May Be Charged For Murder
The real story is that Bruce was driving his Cadillac Escalade and hauling an ATV on a trailer when cars in front of him started to slow down on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, a police source told The Associated Press on Feb. 18.
Unable to stop in time, Bruce rear-ended two cars — one of which was Kim Howe’s Lexus, which was on-coming pushed into traffic. She was killed after her vehicle was hit by a Hummer.
Before this new evidence was released, it was believed that Kim first collided with a Toyota Prius and then Bruce rear-ended Kim’s Lexus, pushing it into traffic.
What Could This New Evidence Mean For Bruce?
HollywoodLife.com spoke to Criminal Defense Attorney, James E. Silverstein about the legal consequences surrounding these new claims.
He explained, “The question regarding whether or not Jenner will ultimately be held criminally responsible for the woman’s death hinges not on the fact that she died in the accident, because accidents do unfortunately happen, but instead on whether Bruce‘s driving was legally malicious (murder), including intentionally causing the collision or driving under the influence, or whether Jenner’s driving was negligent or grossly negligent (manslaughter).”
