Oh no! Vanilla Ice has reportedly been arrested and charged with burglary and grand theft after allegedly stealing furniture and other items from a vacant home in Florida.
Rapper Vanilla Ice was arrested on Feb. 18 after allegedly taking multiple items from an abandoned home next to where he shoots his reality show, The Vanilla Ice Project in Lantana, Florida. The property owner of the home filed a police report on the 47-year-old rapper, who was then arrested for burglary and grand theft.

The “Ice, Ice Baby” singer allegedly stole furniture, a pool heater, bicycles, and other miscellaneous items from the home, sources tells TMZ.
The report claims that Vanilla Ice, whose real name is Robert Van Winkle, was renovating a nearby home for his Vanilla Ice Project reality show when he went into the vacant place.
The burglary reportedly happened between December 2014 and February 2015, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Authorities obtained a search warrant once the owner reported the missing and stolen items, and proceeded to find several of the items at Ice’s home.
Vanilla Ice will be booked with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Department for burglary and grand theft. He is currently with investigators as he attempts to locate all of the stolen items. Police Chief Sean Scheller says that the rapper is being “very cooperative” during the process.
The Vanilla Ice Project has been on the DIY Network since 2010. The show chronicles the rapper as him and a crew of contractors remodel and renovate state-of-the-art homes in Palm Beach.
