Bruce Jenner is completely “freaked out” that a video has surfaced, allegedly showing his involvement in a fatal car crash on Feb. 7 in Malibu, Calif. The former Olympian feels “tormented” by the tragic accident fearing that this new evidence will send him to jail!
Bruce Jenner, is desperately trying to hold it together during this unbelievably tragic situation. A Jenner family source tells Hollywoodlife.com EXCLUSIVELY, that the 65-year-old reality star is emotionally distraught after a new MTA bus video allegedly shows Bruce‘s Cadillac Escalade crashing into two other cars.
Bruce Jenner Car Crash Video: He’s Freaked Out Over Accident
HollywoodLife.com has confirmed with Malibu police that a tape does exist, which allegedly shows Bruce’s car smashing into two cars, including the deceased victim’s Lexus.
“Bruce knows about the tape and is absolutely freaked out,” the source tells HollywoodLife.com. “He’s scared to death that he could end up in jail.
“He’s still adamant he was not at fault and that the tape does not show everything.”
Bruce is terribly sorry for the death of the other driver.
“He’s tormented by the memory of the accident and is completely torn up that someone died. But now feels like he’s being persecuted because he’s a celebrity. Bruce feels like they are out to get him. He thinks of himself as a good driver and very cautious. Accidents happen every day on PCH and this is no different. It’s very unfortunate but it’s not his fault.”
Bruce Jenner Facing Jail After Fatal Car Crash?
If Bruce is found responsible for the Feb. 7, four-car accident that left one woman dead and eight more injured, including five children, then he could be facing a felony charge and six years in jail.
Police are taking every step necessary to find out exactly what caused the devastating and deadly car crash. The police have reportedly issued search warrants for both Bruce’s phone records and his cell phone which will determine if the reality star was texting at moment his black Escalade crashed into the white Lexus.
It is illegal to text while driving according to California law, which means Bruce could face a vehicular manslaughter charge and up to six years in jail if he is found responsible for the four-car accident.
