Selena Gomez Makes Zedd Her Priority — She’s Moved On From Justin Bieber
HollywoodLife.com spoke to an insider who tells us, “Selena wants to avoid Justin’s roast all together. She’s been asked to participate but feels like it would be disrespectful towards Zedd. He told her she can do whatever she wants, but Selena feels like he’s just being polite. Basically, her priority is Zedd not Justin. She’s moved on and what’s to concentrate on the here and now.”
We can totally understand why she wouldn’t want to be there.
Selena: I Was Depressed After My Break Up With Justin
Getting past her ex and concentrating on Zedd has not been an easy transition for Selena. She recently opened up to V Magazine about just how hard it was to move on.
“There were a few months where I was a little depressed, where I wouldn’t leave [the house] as much,” she said. “I think I drove myself crazy for a little bit. It was just easier to say, ‘Hey, do you mind running to the grocery store and picking some stuff up, I don’t want to get photographed.'”
She also said that she would never take back her relationship with Justin:”The older I get, I’m guarding certain things more. After being put through the scrutiny, I understand what it is. When you’re young and you’re being told so many different things…it almost felt like all we had was each other, like the world was against us, in a way. It was really weird but it was incredible. I would never take it back in a million years. You live and you learn, you know?”
