‘Dancing With The Stars’ is back! Well, it’s almost back, which means it’s time to find out who will round out the cast of the new season!
With its Mar. 16 premiere just around the corner, now is the time to find out who we will see foxtrotting for their lives on the 20th (!) season of Dancing with the Stars. On the Feb. 11 episode of Good Morning America, the pros who will be competing on the new season were announced and you may be surprised who made the cut– and who didn’t!
‘Dancing with the Stars’ Pros Revealed
Ladies and gentlemen, we might have ourselves a competition on the new season of Dancing with the Stars.
Though it has not yet even begun, if this new round of pros is any indication, the competition will be fierce when the 20th season gets underway.
Now confirmed to return for the new season is Mark Ballas— who has won the competition 14 times!– as well as Kym Johnson, after a brief stint judging on Dancing with the Stars Australia. Also signed on for the new season are Val Chmerkovskiy, Sharna Burgess, Witney Carson, Artem Chigvintsey, Tony Dovolani, Allison Holker, Peta Murgatroyd, and Emma Slater.

Of course, with every stellar Dancing cast comes the bittersweet recognition of who won’t return. Fan favorites Karina Smirnoff and Cheryl Burke will sit out the upcoming season.
Also missing from the 20th season’s roster will be Derek Hough who is taking this round off to star in Radio City Music Hall’s Spring Spectacular show opposite Nashville star Laura Benanti, as well as another well known group of dancers, The Rocketttes.
