Bobbi Kristina’s cousin is pleading with friends and fans alike on social media to pray for his dear cousin as she fights for her life, despite doctors suggesting there isn’t much else they can do for her. So sad.
Bobbi Kristina Brown, 21, is still holding on and fighting for her life as she lays in a medically induced coma at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Ga. Although doctors have explained to her father, Bobby Brown, that there is little to no hope that she could ever recover, he refuses to accept the news and, along with his friends and family, he is praying that a miracle turns things around for Bobbi Kristina.
Bobbi Kristina’s Family Refuses To Pull Plug
Even though doctors have told Bobbi Kristina’s loved ones that there is not much else they can do for her, the family has decided to hold onto hope instead of give up easily.
Sadly, Bobbi Kristina’s improvement has remained the same since Monday, Feb. 2, reports TMZ. She has had minimal brain functions and zero improvement.
“Though it seems the odds are against her, though doctors don’t see any hope for change, though we might want to play detective and find out how she got there, though it looks impossible for her to stand again STILL PRAY FOR BK,” her cousin Jerod Brown wrote on Facebook on Thursday, Feb. 5.
Bobbi Kristina’s condition has been an “ongoing conversation” between the family and the doctors, and a source close to the situation believes that Bobby will come around eventually.
Right now, it’s probably too hard for him to accept that his little girl might be gone forever.
Bobbi Kristina: Just ‘Resting’ With Whitney?
Many of Bobbi Kristina’s family and friends, as well as fans of her mother, have been sending their well wishes and prayers for her over social media.
One Instagram user, @iamSoDeelishis, posted a sweet photo of a very young Bobbi Kristina sleeping in her mother’s arms. The caption shares the sentiment that she’s not gone, she just needed some time with her mom.
“In my mind, I’m imagining Bobbi Kristina saying these words… ‘I’m simply tuning the world out as I take some much needed time to rest near the heart of the one person who I love the most, my mommy. Give me a minute and let God do the rest,'” read the full caption, which was regrammed by Bobbi Kristina’s cousin.
So sad. Our thoughts remain with the family and friends of Bobbi Kristina at this time.
