As Bobbi Kristina Brown, 21, continues to fight for her life, we’re finally finding out the reason why friend Max Lomas was the one to discover her “lifeless” body. Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Body Found In Bathtub — New Details Revealed
Nick “was actually the one who answered the door for the cable man, and he was showing the cable man around,” Ashleigh Merchant, of The Merchant Law Firm in Marietta, Ga., told E! News. Max “says that he knocked on her door and he didn’t get an answer, so he went in and checked on her to see how she was doing.”
As we know, Max was the one to come across Bobbi in the bathtub, his other attorney, Phillip Holloway, told HollywoodLife.com.
“He’s actually the one that found her, and he called for Nick, screamed for Nick, and then he immediately called 911,” Ashleigh continued.
In the 911 call, the dispatcher can be heard saying, “21-year-old female in the bathtub face down, PD is en route…There’s CPR in progress.”
Max’s girlfriend was also at Bobbi’s house when her body was discovered. Roswell Police wouldn’t comment on the presence of the cable technician.
Rumors swirled on Feb. 5 that Bobbi had been taken off life support machines only six days after she was found. Bobby Brown’s lawyer put the rumors to rest in a new statement.
“If we issued a statement every time the media published a false report regarding this matter, that’s all we would be doing 24 hours a day,” the statement read. “This is false, just as is the vast majority of the other reporting that is currently taking place.”
Our thoughts go out to Bobbi’s family and friends during this time.
