While some may think Lindsay Lohan shouldn’t be behind the wheel, one company begs to differ. Esurance, part of Allstate, is teaming up with the notorious car wrecker for their Super Bowl spot this year — and it could be epic.
This is not a joke! Lindsay Lohan, 28, will be driving into the homes of millions in her new car insurance commercial during the Super Bowl — sort of. The star of Mean Girls has a new job, a car insurance spokesman. Hopefully, no baby strollers were hurt in the making of this commercial!
Lindsay Lohan Lands Esurance Commercial
The queen of DUI’s is back on the road. Lindsay has become the new poster child for car insurance in a new ad for Esurance and it will be aired during the Super Bowl XLIX. Oh, the irony!
In the very short teaser clip, released on her Facebook page, she is seen rolling down her car window as she says the words nno one person wants to hear, “Anybody need a ride to the big game?”
While many wouldn’t think of Lindsay to be the best person to sell car insurance, it seems Esurance has faith that this she can get the job done.
If anyone knows about car insurance, it’s Lindsay.
WATCH: Lindsay Wants To Give You A Ride
Just as a refresher, Linds has history of reckless driving. In 2007, she was arrested for DUI. Shortly after she was arrested for driving without a license. In 2012, she allegedly hit a car outside of a West Hollywood club, then crashed her Porsche.
Oh, and in 2010, she hit allegedly hit a baby stroller — and also allegedly took down a pedestrian outside of the Dream Hotel in New York City.
No offense to Lindsay, but I think I’ll walk.
