After last week's elimination on 'The Challenge' we spoke with the exes who were sent home, and they shared with us EXCLUSIVE details about what it was like to be in the house with Diem and CT. As we know, on the current season of The Challenge: Battle of the Exes, audiences are seeing ailing Diem Brown fight for her life. After last week's elimination, we spoke EXCLUSIVELY to Hailey and Thomas about Diem and her relationship with CT Tamberello, and shared the sweetest stories ever.

‘The Challenge’: Diem Brown & CT Were Inseparable

“Whatever Diem needed, CT got,” Thomas told us about what it was like living in the house with CT and Diem. He even added that, throughout the competition, “Every time I walked into Diem’s room, CT was in her room.”

So heartbreaking.

“Diem slept in the bunk bed next to me. She was genuinely like the sweetest person ever. I was almost star-struck when I met her,” Hailey told HollywoodLife.com. “[She was] humble, down to earth, sick the whole time– I remember feeling so cool! On the bus she was like, ‘Hey be in my room,’ and I was like ‘Oh my God, Diem wants me to bunk with her!'”

CT & Diem: The Best Couple In The House

Tom echoed Hailey’s feelings, saying that Diem “was one of the most genuine people I’ve ever met… Looking back on that, I can’t even imagine what CT is going through right now.”

With so many exes in the house, CT and Diem were like a breath of fresh air.

“[They] got along great. They didn’t argue or anything! They were too busy flirting to strategize,” Hailey added.

The new episode of The Challenge airs on Jan. 20 at 11PM, and as we can see in the trailer, we know that we’ll take a deeper look into Diem’s struggle. Our thoughts go out to her friends and family.
