The 2015 Super Bowl is going to be epic. Broadway star Idina Menzel was just announced as the singer of the national anthem at the Feb. 1 football showdown!
Frozen star and Tony award winner Idina Menzel, 43, will be singing “The Star-Spangled Banner” at the highly-anticipated Super Bowl XLIX. The big news was announced on the TODAY show on Jan. 16. Idina joins a star-studded performance line-up, including Katy Perry, 30, Lenny Kravitz, 50, and more!

Following along with other music greats like Whitney Houston and Cher, Idina is sure to bring down the house with her rendition of the national anthem at Arizona’s University of Phoenix stadium on Feb. 1.

In addition to Idina’s performance being announced, Oscar nominee John Legend will be singing “America the Beautiful” at the Super Bowl as well!
