The wife of Jennifer Aniston’s ‘first love’ has responded to the interview in which the she calls him ‘the one,’ revealing that the actress was not there for him through his tragic illness.
Jennifer Aniston, 45, has come under fire for claiming that her deceased ex-boyfriend, Daniel McDonald, was “the one.” Daniel’s widow, Mujah Maraini-Melehi, slammed the Cake actress for her comments, claiming that she is just using Daniel’s tragic death to get attention. Ouch.
Jennifer Aniston’s First Love: Wife Slams Actress For Interview
Wow. It’s safe to say that no one saw this coming, especially after Jen’s touching interview in which she revealed that her life might have been much different if her ex, Daniel, who she called “the one,” would have lived.
Daniel’s wife has revealed that Jennifer was not there for him throughout his illness, reports the Daily Mail.
Mujah, who had two children with Daniel before he died, referred to Jen as “media savvy” and insinuated that the actress exploited his death for attention. Yikes.
“I am very upset that the media is exploiting Daniel’s memory in connection to Jennifer Aniston,” Mujah wrote on Facebook after her husband’s name made headlines.
Mujah Question’s Jen’s Motives
Then, Mujah ranted about Jennifer’s interview — and suggested her intentions were not good.
“Why now? I wonder,” Mujah mused. “After decades of stardom, she is media savvy enough to know that any casual comment she makes becomes front page tabloid news. Jennifer Aniston is Jennifer Aniston, and that means that anything that she says about her love life to any journalist, even someone as reputable as New York Times’ Frank Bruni, will be later dissected and exploited.”
How sad. Of course, it’s understandable that Daniel’s family would be upset to see his name in the press again, but hopefully they are wrong about Jennifer’s intentions.
