Jennifer Aniston’s ‘Cake’ Makeup — Gorgeous Beauty At The L.A. Premiere
Jennifer’s makeup was done by Chanel Celebrity Makeup Artist Angela Levin, who told us how to get the look:
“INSPIRATION: My inspiration for this look was youth and Spring; something about the dress and the ponytail gave me those emotions.
FACE: After applying a generous amount of Aveeno Positively Radiant Moisturizer, I brushed an even amount of CHANEL Perfection Lumière Velvet Smooth-Effect Makeup Broad Spectrum SPF 15 in 50 all over the face and neck using a brush and blending it out with a sponge. I lightly dusted her t-zone and eyelids with Ben Nye Translucent Face Powder in Fair. I dusted the product over the face Ultra Luminous Poudre De Soleil from Edward Bess in Daydream 01.
EYES: For the eyes, I used four different shades of eyeshadow: CHANEL Soft Touch Eyeshadow in Sensation on the eye lid with a medium size eye shadow brush. Then I applied CHANEL Soft Touch Eyeshadow in Slate with a larger eyeshadow brush on the eye lid and under the brow — except on the area that is in the arch of the brow. I then very slightly brought the color all the way onto the side of the nose for a gentle shading effect. Using CHANEL Soft Touch Eyeshadow in Ebony with a small round eye shadow brush, I applied it into the crease avoiding the outer corner of the eye, almost like drawing a horizontal line into the crease above the eye. I lastly used CHANEL Soft Touch Eyeshadow in Taupe Grise on the upper lash line. I then used Sephora eyeliner creme smoky in black with a thin eyeliner brush into her lashes creating a great base for the mascara application.
MASCARA: For mascara, I used three coats of CHANEL Inimitable Mascara in Black, following each application by brushing the lashes through with a metal lash comb.
BROWS: I then filled her eye brows with Sephora Retractable Eyebrow Pencil in Midnight Brown.
CHEEKS: With a large fan brush I applied CHANEL Le Blush Crème de Chanel in Intonation.
LIPS: I finished the look by mixing two lipsticks: CHANEL Rouge Coco Hydrating Crème Lip Colour in Caractere and CHANEL Rouge Coco Shine Hydrating Sheer Lipshine in Ingènue. The look was completed with a final sweep of CHANEL Rouge Allure Gloss in Sensuel all over the lips.”
