Ouch! Tina Fey and Amy Poehler didn’t hold back in their opening monologue at the 2015 Golden Globes, and they totally dissed Bill Cosby! It was both shocking and hilarious.

With Tina Fey and Amy Poehler as Golden Globes hosts, you never know what to expect. During their third epic opening monologue at the Jan. 11 awards show, the girls took aim at Bill Cosby, the comedian who’s been thrust into the public eye due to numerous rape allegations from multiple women over decades. Did Tina and Amy go too far with their jokes?

Golden Globes Opening Monologue: Tina & Amy Diss Bill Cosby

Tina and Amy dissed a lot of people in their opening monologue, but the diss we can’t seem to forget is the one about Bill Cosby.

“In Into the Woods, Cinderella runs from her prince, Rapunzel is thrown from a tower for her prince, and Sleeping Beauty just thought she was getting coffee with Bill Cosby,” Amy said, which left the audience laughing.

But that wasn’t even their final punchline.

“I don’t know if you saw this on the news today,” Tina continued. “But Bill Cosby has finally spoken out about the allegations against him. Cosby admitted to a reporter [in her best Cosby impression] ‘I put the pills in the people! The people didn’t want the pills in them!’”

“That’s not right,” Amy said. “It’s more like [in her Cosby impression]: ‘I got the pills in the bathroom and I put them in the people!’”

Wow. Tina and Amy really went there.

Golden Globes 2015: Were The Best Picture Winners Announced Early?

The Golden Globes encountered a bit of a scandal just days before the show. Selma and Into the Woods were announced on the Golden Globes website as the winners of the Best Picture awards!

However, everyone is saying the mishap was just a technical glitch.

“While testing the official website of the Golden Globe Awards for Sunday’s ceremony, Bluefin inadvertently took the test live,” a spokesperson for the tech company told Deadline. “We randomly selected two film titles with no knowledge of the category winners. We are solely responsible for the error.”

Well, we’ll see for ourselves whether or not Selma and Into the Woods take home the Golden Globes! What a spoiler if they did!
