Emma Stone looked absolutely amazing at the 2015 Golden Globe Awards in Beverly Hills, Calif. on Jan 11. Emma’s nomination for Best Supporting Actress in the critically-acclaimed Birdman is truly outstanding, but we can’t help but be blown away by how amazing she looked! We loved her bold eye and pretty hair and are breaking down her exact hair look below!
Emma Stone At Golden Globes Awards — Bold Eye Makeup
We can’t get over how amazing Emma’s hair and makeup looked — in particular, her bold eyes! We also loved her wavy and perfectly beachy hair by L’Oreal stylist Mara Roszak.
It perfectly contrasted with her bold, dark eye and deep rose lip. We love how her hair and makeup juxtaposed each other perfectly, and that Emma took a risk by wearing both a bold eye and lip.
If you want to get Emma’s bold eye at home, we recommend using Revlon Colorstay Creme Gel Eyeliner. We recommend lining the entire lash line and then winging out the end ever-so slightly. Then, go back over the line and keep making it thicker, until you’ve reached your desired look.
Emma Stone’s Golden Globe Hair — The Exact Look
Mara Roszak, L’Oréal Paris Celebrity Hairstylist, was inspired by Emma’s Lanvin jumpsuit. Here’s how to get the look:
“To prep, Mara applied L’Oréal Paris EverStyle Texture Series Tousle Crème ($6.99) to hair for texture.
Next, Mara rough dried the hair until almost dry and then spritzed L’Oréal Paris Advanced Hairstyle Txt it Tousle Waves Spray ($4.99) and continued to rough dry completely.
With a medium sized round brush, Mara smoothed out the front pieces for a more polished look.
With the ghd Classic Wave Wand ($245), Mara took random sections around the head, about 1″ thick, and wrapped them around the barrel. Due to its oval shape, this iron gives the hair a more effortless looking wave.
To break up the style and add a slight volume and texture, Mara sprayed L’Oréal Paris Advanced Hairstyle Blow Dry It Longwear Spray ($4.99).
For an added touch, Mara placed a modern silver bar hair accessory by the French designer, Hair Designaccess, to the back of Emma’s hair.
To finish the look, Mara sprayed L’Oréal Paris Advanced Hairstyle Lock It Weather Control Hairspray ($4.99) to withstand the unexpected rainy LA weather.”
