Teresa Giudice’s Daughters: She Needs To Talk To Them About Being In Prison
Dr. Gilda Carle told HollywoodLife.com, “I would like [her daughters] to be prepared for what they are about to see. [Teresa and Joe] should both be very honest. They should level with them, ‘mommy did something that wasn’t good and now she has to pay for it and because of that she is going to be away in this prison for some time but she always loves you.’ Insist on saying that she always loved you and will be out soon. Young children don’t understand soon.”
She added, “What must be done is for them to know constantly that she is just away not that she has abandoned them and that it wasn’t her decision.”
What would happen if Teresa does not confront her girls about the reality of the situation? Dr Gilda said, “all four might start acting out. It’s sort of like when the cats away the mice will play.”
