Teresa definitely held her family close on Jan. 4, just a few hours before she entered her 15-month sentence in jail. The family was spotted going to mass at Sacred Hearth Church in New Jersey on Sunday, and she actually had a huge smile on her face.
Teresa Giudice turned herself into the Danbury Federal Corrections Institute around 3AM on Jan. 5, but the morning before, she was all smiles and spending the day with her family in New Jersey. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star headed to church with her husband, Joe Giudice as well as her four children, Gia, 13, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 8, and Audriana, 5. See pics!
Teresa Giudice Before Prison
The family was spotted out and about, having fun around New Jersey, despite the fact that just a few hours later, she entered prison. In the photos, both Joe and Teresa are holding their daughter’s hands — from an outsider, it looks as though nothing is wrong.
We know that Teresa has been leaning on her faith and her family during this time. Her cover photo on her Twitter page is a pic of her family, as well as a quote: “Happiness keeps you sweet, trials keep you strong, sorrows keep you human, failures keep you humble, success keeps you glowing, friends and family keep you going.”
Teresa’s attorney, James J. Leonard Jr. revealed to NorthJersey.com that even at the time of her entrance to prison, Teresa’s largest concern was her family. “She’s never talked about, what is this gonna be like for me. Always her concern is with her children, not with herself,” he said.
After Teresa completes her 15-month sentence, her husband Joe will then do his time. Are you surprised the family looks so happy, or is it good they’re taking advantage of every minute they have together as a family? Let us know.
