James Franco gets a little creepy, and Jonah Hill shows his serious side in new film, ‘True Story’. If you’ve been disappointed about missing the attempted murders in ‘The Interview’, this trailer should surely make up for it.

James Franco stars in the upcoming legal drama, True Story, alongside Jonah Hill, and we have never seen either in this light before! James portrays Christian Longo, a man hunted by the FBI for killing his wife and children, and he definitely nailed this eery character. Click below to watch!

James Franco Stars In ‘True Story’ Alongside Jonah Hill

It’s uncertain whether or not we’ll get the chance to watch James star in The Interview,  but luckily he had another project in the works.

True Story, directed by Rupert Goold and written by David Kajganich, is based on a memoir by Michael Finkel (played by Jonah).

Michael is a laid-off writer from the New York Times who finds a second chance for his career by writing the story of a killer on the FBI’s most wanted list who just so happens to be using his name as an alias.

The dramatic clip is chilling right from the beginning, and we can’t wait to see the entire film!

James Stars In ‘True Story’ After ‘The Interview’ Is Cancelled

The release of this trailer comes just days after news of Sony cancelled the release of The Interview after 9/11 style threats.

This movie is equally full of murder and interviews, but with the whole killing dictators controversy out of the way, we shouldn’t expect any hold up with this one.

True Story is slated for a limited release on April 10, 2015. Will you be watching, HollywoodLifers?
