Who is James Flacco? According to President Barack Obama, he is one of the stars of The Interview. During an end-of-year press conference in which he slammed Sony for pulling the film, Obama hilariously flubbed the actor’s name.
President Barack Obama Flubs James Franco’s Name
President Obama totally flubbed James Franco’s last name on Friday, Dec.19, and it is hilarious to watch.
If you watch the video above, the slip happens at the :44 mark when Obama calls out North Korea for threatening a terror attack over a satirical film starring “James Flacco” and Seth Rogen. Yikes!
Maybe Obama just had football on the brain, because there is a Baltimore Ravens quarterback named Joe Flacco.
Obama Slams Sony For Pulling ‘The Interview’
During the very same press conference, the president also revealed that he was very unhappy with Sony’s decision to pull The Interview from theaters.
“I am sympathetic to the concerns [Sony] face,” said President Obama. “Having said all that, I think they made a mistake.”
