Christmas came early! ‘Bombshell,’ a new musical inspired by the NBC series, ‘Smash,’ is coming to Broadway. It’s time to break out your jazz hands!
Smash may have been cancelled by NBC, but in one way or another, the show must go on! Bombshell, a new Broadway musical inspired by the short-lived series, will star former Smash star, Megan Hilty, 33, in a one-night-only event. We’re so excited!
‘Smash’ Returns: ‘Bombshell’ Musical Coming To Broadway In 2015
Although we’re sad there will only be one Bombshell show, all ticket sales will benefit The Actors Fund, according to Playbill.
“The staging will also feature choreography from the series by Emmy Award-winning Smash choreographer Joshua Bergasse,” reports Playbill.
Although the series only lasted for two seasons, it’s clear that people miss the characters!
