Britney has been doing the work, bitch — and it’s not photoshopped. The singer’s new ‘Women’s Health’ cover, revealing her amazing abs, caused many to think she may have been edited, but we have proof that that’s not the case!
Oops, she did it again! Britney Spears, 33, may be a mother of two but this hot momma definitely takes her working out serious! In a behind-the-scenes video, taken during the cover shoot of Women’s Health‘s January/February 2015 issue, Britney shows that those abs she shows in her tiny bikini are all hers.
Britney Spears’ Abs
Behind the scenes of her shoot, we see Brit dancing around, giggling, and standing in front of the camera — and guys, there’s no airbrush there. Those abs are rock hard and real.
So how did Britney get that bod? Haven’t you see her dance?
“Dancing is a great cardio workout. Tough and fun at the same time. I like my workouts to be effective in a short amount of time,” she said. “I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio, usually running, move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as pushups, squats, and situps, then finish it off with a stretch.”
I mean, if you haven’t seen her Vegas show yet, you’re missing out. And if you have, you know that she has to have a ton of energy to do that set every night.
Are you surprised that her abs are real, HollywoodLifers? Did you think her Women’s Health shoot was photoshopped? Let us know!
