Dimitri Diatchenko: Actor Arrested For Allegedly Killing & Eating Ex-Girlfriend’s Rabbit
Dimitri, who has appeared on shows like Sons of Anarchy, Bones and How I Met Your Mother, says that he did not kill the rabbit when speaking to KCAL: “This is all a misunderstanding. We got into an argument, but I didn’t kill the bunny.”
The actor claims that he let the rabbit go and then he bought rabbit meat and pretended that it was the pet he was eating. It all sounds pretty disturbing and reminds us of the 1987 hit movie, Fatal Attraction, when Glenn Close‘s character boiled the family rabbit on the stove.
“Diatchenko skinned the pet, cooked it and ate half of it while sending her step-by-step pictures of what he did,” the district attorney said in a statement. “When she returned, the defendant allegedly told her he would do the same to her.”
Dimitri is currently facing felony cruelty to an animal and he could spend up to four years in jail if convicted. He is currently in jail and his bail has reportedly been set at $90,000.
