The star was one to watch on the red carpet in a lovely lace Alberta Ferretti creation. Did you love her Old Hollywood glam look?
Evangeline Lilly, 35, kept things interesting on the red carpet at the LA premiere of The Hobbit: The Battle Of The Five Armies at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on Dec. 9, where the star opted for an embroidered sleeveless gown that had such an ethereal vibe. She looked so old Hollywood glam!
Evangeline Lilly’s ‘Hobbit’ Premiere Dress — Beautiful In Blush Alberta Ferretti Gown:
Evangeline looked elegant as she opted for a blush gown from Alberta Ferretti‘s Spring 2015 collection, which featured white lace embroidery. The delicate detailing really set the look apart. The nude, blush hue blended right in with the star’s complexion, almost looking like it was second skin.
She complimented the dress with an Edie Parker clutch and Atelier Swarovski jewels as she wore her hair in retro waves, really channeling Old Hollywood glamour. She kept her makeup rather natural which worked with the dress in an effortless way.
While the intricate detailing on the gown was exquisite and seemed like it was made for a princess, I can’t decide how I feel about the neutral color palette. The entire look was pulled together so well, but something’s missing for me.
What do you think? Are you obsessed with this look or do you wish she wore something else on the red carpet for the big premiere?
