This is so heartbreaking. Dean McDermott’s teenage son from his first marriage, Jack McDermott, 16, went on a Twitter rant, begging for ‘True Tori’ to be cancelled because he can’t stand the pain of watching his family fall apart. Will Tori end the series for her stepson?
As if dealing with your parents’ split and rocky relationship isn’t tough enough, Jack McDermott, 16, is forced to watch his dad’s marriage woes to his stepmom Tori Spelling in front of the entire world. HollywoodLife.com has learned EXCLUSIVELY what Tori thinks about Jack‘s opinion on True Tori, plus, we’ve got more details on why Jack hates the show.
‘True Tori’: Dean McDermott’s Son Jack Begs For Show To Be Cancelled
True Tori has garnered tons of criticism over the past two season, especially pointed at Tori and Dean for exploiting their young children, but this is the first time a child has spoken out, bashing the show.
“Having to hear about my family fall apart each week is torture. For the kids, for me, for this family, end the chaos,” Jack tweeted with the hashtag #EndTrueTori. Another tweet followed: “Can’t watch this anymore. Just cancel True Tori already…the bullshit needs to stop!”
Strangely, on the same day his episode aired, Jack tweeted, “One hour!!! Who’s excited? #True Tori” and his stepmom tweeted at him, “you looked so handsome in tonight’s episode!! So proud of you. Xoxo.” Jack retweeted.
Regardless, HollywoodLife.com has learned that Jack’s Nov. 28 tweets tell the truth. An insider tells us EXCLUSIVELY, “Dean’s son Jack McDermott, wants True Tori cancelled.”
We’ve also learned that Jack will not be on the next season of True Tori, if there is one (although, Dean has also begged for the show to end).
“He won’t be on the next season of True Tori either and is pleading with Dean and Tori to keep his siblings off and have normal lives,” the source added.
Will Tori Spelling Cancel Show For Her Stepson?
Tori has always insisted that her kids have fun with the show, but will she finally cancel her series, after Jack’s heartbreaking tweets? Nope.
“Tori relies on True Tori for income,” HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned from another insider. “There is absolutely no way she’s going to cancel the show because of Jack. She’s also mortified that Jack would tweet something so negative about the show. If anything, the show is helping her with her marriage. At least this is what Tori believes — that having their dirty laundry aired out in public is actually a positive thing. It holds everyone, especially Dean, more accountable for their actions.”
HollywoodLifers, do you think Tori should cancel the show, after Jack’s sad tweets? Or if she correct that this is her only way of income? Let us know.
