What a lucky little guy! Even though Prince George did not make it to NYC with his parents, LeBron James made sure to send them home with an awesome gift for him.
LeBron James, 29, is a father of three — which means he knows how to treat kids right. During his first-ever meeting with Prince William and Kate Middleton, both 32, the Cleveland Cavaliers forward presented them with something special for their son, Prince George, 16 months old.
Prince George’s Custom Cavaliers Jersey From LeBron James
They may have been visiting the Brooklyn Nets, but it was the opposing team that stole the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s hearts on Monday night, Dec. 8, in Brooklyn, New York.
After the Cavaliers beat the Nets 110-88, it was LeBron who got the opportunity of a lifetime when he met the royal couple backstage.
During their brief meeting, LeBron presented Kate and William with two gifts — a custom adult jersey that read “Cambridge” on the back, as well as a smaller jersey for their little prince, George.
The tiny-sized jersey reads “George” on the back, and is definitely the coolest gift he’s ever received. Lucky guy!
Kate & Will Also Met Beyonce & Jay Z At The Game
LeBron was not the only American superstar to meet and greet with the royals at the Barclays Center though.
At one point, William and Kate made their way onto the court where they were properly introduced to partial Nets owner Jay Z and his wife, Beyonce.
Many are referring to the photos of them meeting as “British Royalty meeting American Royalty” — and they would be CORRECT!
Do you think they set up a playdate for Prince George and Blue Ivy Carter?
