Things got super heated between Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett on the ‘Kendra On Top’ reunion special on Dec. 5. In fact, Hank got so upset while talking about his alleged affair that he ripped his microphone off and stormed out of the interview.
Just when we thought Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett were beginning to rebuild their relationship, things took a turn for the worse on the Dec. 5 reunion special of Kendra On Top. We know they’ve been dealing with a lot this season, but we never saw things get this ugly.
‘Kendra On Top’: Hank Baskett Storms Out Of Reunion Special — December 5 Recap
Kendra and Hank sat down for an interview on Nov. 7. In fact, it was their first joint interview since Hank’s alleged affair was revealed.
During this sit-down session, Hank and Kendra allowed WEtv to ask them anything they wished, and there were no restrictions. Unfortunately, this was a recipe for disaster.
At the top of the hour, Kendra and Hank started giving a play-by-play of the entire season of Kendra On Top, which led them to a discussion about suicide.
They both revealed how they contemplated suicide after news of the alleged affair emerged.
“I was at a real low. I even questioned my life,” Kendra said. “If it wasn’t for breastfeeding Alijah[Baskett], the bond I had with her, I feel like I would have probably ended my life. I felt like I’m not even supposed to be here.”
That’s quite surprising, but we were even more shocked to hear that Hank also considered ending his life.
Then, Kendra relived her reunion with her estranged mom, Patti Wilkinson.
Kendra Wilkinson Disses Mom Patti Wilkinson: She’s Happy When I’m Sad
We already knew that Kendra’s reconnection with her mom was short-lived, but the special reminded us about how Patti has never been a fan of Hank.
We were shown flashbacks of footage from Girls Next Door, as well as Kendra, which both aired on E! We saw Patti try to persuade Kendra to hold off on getting married, get upset when Kendra revealed she was pregnant, and tell Kendra how she didn’t feel loved by her.
During the interview portion of the episode, Kendra revealed that she felt like her mom found happiness in her daughter’s misery. We have to sort of agree with Kendra. During their visit, Patti oddly said, “I know this is bad, but in a way it’s good,” when discussing Hank’s alleged affair.
It seemed like Patti was hoping if Hank left, Kendra would move back home with her.
It’s so sad that Kendra has such a toxic relationship with her mom.
The episode concluded with Hank and Kendra discussing his alleged affair again. Hank felt that all Kendra has ever done is play the “victim,” when in actuality, he said he is going through a hard time as well.
She didn’t agree, which upset Hank. He ripped his microphone off and stormed out of the interview. Unfortunately, we won’t know what happened until next week during part two!
