Winnie The Pooh Banned

There’s no honey in Tuszyn, Poland for Winnie-The-Pooh! A small town’s council banned Winnie from a playground after analyzing the iconic bear’s ‘dubious sexuality.’

Children’s favorite cartoon bear is being ostracized from a small town, Tuszyn, located in central Poland. So why did everyone go sour on Winnie–the world’s sweetest bear!

Winnie-The-Pooh: Polish Town Bans Bear From Playground For ‘Dubious Sexuality’

Apparently, Tuszyn’s council members began hating on Winnie-The-Pooh when someone nominated the adorable bear to be the mascot for a new children’s playground.

Not only was the teddy bear’s nomination turned down, but Pooh Bear was also banned from Tuszyn’s playground! This is ridiculous!

Even the late Alan Alexander Milne, who created the beloved bear back in 1924 was attacked by several councillors.

Winnie’s sexuality and wardrobe was reportedly a huge source of contention according to the Daily Mail.

In a tape that leaked from the heated meeting, one official reportedly said: ‘It doesn’t wear underpants because it doesn’t have a sex. It’s a hermaphrodite.’

Then another councillor apparently attacked Winnie’s wardrobe: ‘The problem with that bear is it doesn’t have a complete wardrobe ‘It is half-naked which is wholly inappropriate for children.’

Winnie-The-Pooh Will Win Around The World

Although he was dubbed as ‘inappropriate’ and ‘half-naked’, Winnie is totally winning in our style file.

The bear could be wholly responsible for the classic crop top! Have you ever looked at how effortlessly he rocks his red t-shirt?

Above all, this town should consider what Winnie-The-Pooh stands for: endless sweetness.

We truly feel bad for children in Tuszyn who may be discouraged from reading Winnie-The-Pooh. We hope this Tuszyns’ council members wake up and realizes that pooing on Pooh is horrible!

Despite taking away the treasured icon from one playground, we know that that bond between kids and Winnie-The-Pooh will persist!

“We will be friends until forever, just you wait and see.” ― Winnie the Pooh
